She has over thirty years of experience in business with major corporations and organizations and deep expertise as a human capital and Fortune 100 C-suite leader. Her business experience traverses retail, consumer packaged goods, and higher education where she has served as a member of global, matrix and cross-functional leadership teams.

During her career as a human capital leader, Stephanie has successfully led organizational restructures, facilitated the integration of acquisitions and the divestitures of businesses, and managed complex change initiatives to deliver desired goals and outcomes.

She has a passion for talent development and takes pride in helping leaders grow. Stephanie is skilled in individual assessment and the formation of individual development plans. As a coach, she focuses on developing an equal partnership where her clients can discover new ways of thinking while developing strategies and solutions to their issues and problems. She is also equipped to prepare critical others—managers, HR leaders, sponsors—with the tools to support client development.

Stephanie is a Hogan Certified Consultant and a long-standing coach to executives and professionals. She is a certified director of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and a standing board member.
